You could use Vitamin E products, which are good at clearing skin ‘scars’ etc.
Also, look out for creams at the drugstore/pharmacy that treat scars too – some contain silicon that I found worked for me.

If ur a teen/pre-teen/young adult and ur goign through puberty, leave it alone, but i think u dnt have a scar, a scar from a pimple/zit would be if there is a hole in ur face that is the only permanent scar, take Jet Li for example, those are pimples/zit/blackheads scars. Oh and u shouldnt pick ur pimpls/zits if it has white in it a bit then pop it (squeeze the hell out of it with 2 fingers side to side) it might hurt, only if it’s white a bit meaning it has oil. If u picked at it and it gone and left a black mark on ur skin it will go away in like 1-3 months.

Are they recent? if they are recent and aren’t really scars yet, put toothpaste or visine on them. It removes the redness. If they are definitely scars, there isn’t too much to do to remove them now. In time they will fade but in case you want a quick solution:
Merle Norman (Make up company) carries cover up that works wonders. It is green but don’t worry, when you put it on it blends in and removes the redness and makes your skin look smoother.

There’s a product called “Bio-Oil” which is fantastic. I used it on a few scars I had on my face and almost with in a few days I noticed them fading. If you can’t find this exact product in your store pretty much any product with “PurCellin Oil” in it will do the trick. I was very impressed with the results.

If it is scars you cant get rid of them with cosmetic products. The only way to remove them is to get laser treatments however this can be costly so you should just stick with concealer and foundation if you cannot afford that kind of thing.

) Firstly, always apply a sunscreen whether inside or outside. UV rays from the computer also cause pigmentation. So apply sunscreen regularly at all times.
2) Apply a 4% Hydrquinone cream on the marks and darkened areas. Some Hydroquinone creams come with Sunscreen, but may be expensive. If you cannot afford buy them separately and apply both at the same time.
3)If you are still getting acne and they are turning into black marks, you should apply Azelaic Acid cream which treats both Acne and the scars.
4) You can also apply Tretenoin Cream which is Retino A at night times which treats both the pimples and scars. But never apply them in the mornings if you are going out in the sun.
5) If you are very desperate and want the scars to fade sooner you can opt for more expensive treatments such as Glycolic Peels or other Chemical peels under a Dermatologist.

A prescription of accutane will take away all scars and clean up your blemishes. Some people get a prescription of retin A from the doctor to help with blemishes, as well.

DO NOT do a chemical peel or any form of laser…it will only make it worse. Unless you have severe scarring, then don’t do it! My cousin did a chemical peel for like 3 red marks on her face…and now she has like 20!! her skin was sensitive and she broke out and it didn’t heal right because the skin was so so so sensitive causing more scars!
Just give it time…and let it heal on it’s own =/
